Do they have enough fire power?
With arguably one of the best duos in the NBA with Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo, we still ask the question of do they have enough to make a big playoff push. Last year the bucks finished the season with a 49-33 record which was third best in the east which wasn't enough to beat the pacers in the second round. In Milwaukee's defense they were short handed missing key pieces to their team. Last year Giannis was averaging an absurd 30-10 double-double, if he can keep those numbers up as well as Damian Lillard they will be back in the same position as last year. The most important piece to the puzzle is the supporting cast. Can Kris Middleton be a true scoring option as well as massive play from Bobby Portis, and Gary Trent Jr. on both ends of the court. A interesting player to look at is Andre Jackson Jr. who was an absolute menace on the defensive end playing lock down defense getting chase down blocks, and fast break steals. The difference maker would be his offensive output. Can he make the leap from. averaging 2.2 points a game last year to at least 10 points a game. If he can do that he will help this bucks team get over the hump. Health is extremely important for the bucks because without the duo of Giannis and Lillard the bucks would potentially be one of the worst teams in the league. The bucks are constantly getting older and only have a small sliver of time left to truly compete for another championship. Will they get the job done or pack it up and start over?
