Will the big three work?

The 76ers were the 7th seed in the west but it certainly never felt that way. With the super star play of Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid this team is nearly unstoppable when healthy. After signing one of the leagues best pure scorers it interesting to see how this will play out. Maxey, Embiid, and George all are extremely ball dependent so it'll be interesting to see how they share the ball and what their usage looks like. The reason that it worked between Maxey, and Embiid is because of the countless pick and roll or pick and pop situations that Nick Nurse put them in. At any given moment down the floor it was either Maxey, or Embiid putting the ball in the hoop. There's no way that Maxey will still be averaging 25.9, Embiid averaging 34.7, and George averaging 22.6. But we can see is Maxeys assist total increase from 6.2 per game. With the addition of Duke guard Jared McCain who will be backing up Maxey, and who will be learning under both Maxey and Kyle Lowry, and Guerschon Yabusele who had an impressive Olympic run with France, the 76ers have one of the best rosters, and opportunities to win the chip this year but it all depends on weather the big three can put their egos to the side and do what's needed to bring the Larry O'Brien trophy home to Philly.
